Job Summary

 

Seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support our COO and three Regional Presidents. Must have exceptional communication and computer skills. Seeking 10+ years’ experience collaborating with an executive of a large, global organization managing multiple priorities, calendars and projects. Must have a great aptitude for solving problems, finding solutions, and adapting in a demanding environment. This position may require more than 40 hours/week with occasional weekends/after-hours work. The role is based in our Atlanta office and will require to be in the office at least four days a week.

 

Additional responsibilities will include office management support that includes intra-office communication protocols, administrative procedures, vendor management, catering, maintenance and repairs, inventory control, invoice management, copier equipment management, and security management.

· Experienced in dealing with C-level suite within a large, global organization

· Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in the MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

 

Key Requirements

 

· Provide advanced, diverse, and confidential executive support to the COO

· Provide advanced, diverse, and confidential executive support to three Regional Presidents

· Provide support as needed to other members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

· Keep COO informed and follow up on all assignments in a timely, effective, and efficient manner

· Manage complex calendar for Presidents and additional SLT members when needed

· Experience in booking domestic and international travel – resolving conflicts

· Organize on and off-site meeting planning – including catering, agenda, facilities, communications

· Travel up to 10% of time

· Interact with high level executive and executive assistants across the greater CRH organization

· Complete monthly expense reports for COO and Regional Presidents

· Assist with personal matters as they arise
