Job Summary
The demand Generation Manager will lead efforts to drive high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support customer growth. This role is responsible for executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns optimizing lead funnel and working closely with the segment and product managers and the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs. This role will support and manage the marketing tech stack in collaboration with commercial excellence and IT. The Demand Generation Manager will also be responsible for SEO/SEM, PPC, programmatic ad strategies and website analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, an understanding of sales processes, and strong analytical and communication skills. The web programmer, social media specialist, and email marketing specialist will report to this role. The Demand Generation Manager will collaborate with segment and product marketing managers.
Job Location
This position will be located at our Corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA – Hybrid work schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Digital Roadmap – Develop and create a digital roadmap in support of marketing goals
- Campaign Execution – Develop and implement digital strategy and execute campaigns that deliver MQL to sales. Execution will be across multiple channels such as email, social media, webinars, PPC, SEO, and tradeshows
- Lead Generation – Design and execute campaigns to generate and nurture leads, with a focus on increasing conversion rates through the funnel
- Marketing automation and CRM – Use marketing automation platforms and CRM to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
- Content Management - collaborate with the Content Development manager, stakeholders, SME’s, and product and marketing managers to ensure content supports comprehensive drip campaigns, addresses customer needs/challenges, and effectively speaks to buyer relevant buyer personas
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Monitor and analyze campaign performance and effectiveness, ROI, and highlight areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders. Use analytics to enhance and improve customer website experience to drive traffic and conversions
- Lead Scoring – Collaborate with key stakeholders and sales to enhance the lead scoring system, driving high-quality leads to sales. Communicate with sales on the level of nurturing and quality assessment rules
- Budget Management – Manage demand generation budget, track by campaign and report ROI, cost per click
- Research – Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments. Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external sources. Keep current on digital marketing tools and technologies that help drive better engagement and efficiency for the team
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent leader, team-player and self-motivator
