Job Summary

 

The Regional Marketing Manager will collaborate with regional business leaders to create, execute and own the development, recommendation and implementation of regional marketing strategies to drive brand understanding and new business and client retention initiatives that are critical to the growth of Oldcastle Infrastructure.

 

Essential Functions 

 

  • Uncover insights and prioritize offerings that will drive maximum growth based on market analysis.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of our Water markets and customers that will enable partnership with senior regional leadership to identify, analyze and accelerate strategies for growth
  • Capture customer feedback and leverage the data to drive customer engagement, improve service and develop new growth strategies”
  • Work with senior regional leadership to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies for growth.
  • Be the voice of Oldcastle’s Infrastructure service offering and craft the narrative that brings Infrastructure’s platform to life, visually and verbally.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing and communication plan, calendar of events and budgets for approval by senior leadership team.
  • Provide strategic oversight for Oldcastle’s reputation and Thought Leadership efforts to position Oldcastle Infrastructure as a leader in the industry.   Drive editorial direction for content and positioning in a very dynamic and fast changing industry.
  • Drive the strategy and messaging framework for marketing materials, website and social media.
  • Provide strategic direction for new business and existing business on approach, message and implementation, always keeping message fresh and ahead of marketing needs.
  • Plan and oversee participation in industry conferences, events and webinars and marketing campaigns.
  • Tailor marketing communications materials and strategies to local needs
  • Develop unique and differentiating ways to bring the brand to life to enhance associate engagement (values, behaviors, site signage) and support ongoing sales and account management efforts (site branding, client visits, collateral and sales support material).
  • Manage the interface with external agencies including creative agencies, digital agencies, copywriters, graphic artists etc.
  • Measure everything.  Track and analyze program/s effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies.

 

Skills & Requirements

 

  • BA/BS in marketing/communications or related field or equivalent working experience.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work as a team member and provide extensive support to Senior Level Managers as well as other personnel.
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills with a “Make It Happen” approach.
  • Self-motivated and versatile.
  • Project Management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry a plus.
