Job Summary


Oldcastle APG is seeking a master multi-tasker Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced work environments and enjoys cross functional team collaboration. As a Project Manager on the Sales Operations team you will lead commercial excellence projects and supervise all phases of the project life cycle. Leverage your people skills, high energy and attention to detail to successfully plan and execute on time and on budget initiatives.


  • Effective planning, executing, and completion of all projects timely.
  • High quality results which meet customer’s expectations and business objectives.
  • Regular communication of key information and project progress.
  • Supporting project teams and business partners with insights and tools which lead to actionable and efficient strategic results.
  • Coordinating with department leaders in Sales, Finance, and Marketing to identify project requirements.
  • Creating training and process documentation to support the Commercial Excellent team.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading projects, system implementations and/or other detailed initiatives.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Clearly communicates; written and verbal. Ability to adapt message to fit the audience.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and Smart Sheets.
