Internal- Technical Sales

Voor wie op zoek is naar een afwisselende job en voldoende uitdaging is dit dé job bij uitstek.

Je bent de spilfiguur voor een goede flow tussen de verschillende departementen, zodat alle orders correct behandeld en geleverd worden.

Daarnaast ben je SPOC voor onze klanten die je verder helpt met al hen vragen.

Hiervoor heb je een technisch inzicht en sterke pro-activiteit nodig.

• Concreet onderhoud je dagelijks contact met onze klanten om hen te informeren van elke wijziging of afwijking in de bestelling.
• Je maakt technische offertes op en zorgt ook voor de opvolging hiervan
• Samen met de technische sales consultants werk je in een hecht team
• Je communiceert met alle interne departementen om een correcte levering en betaling van het order waar te maken.
• Dagelijks zorg je voor een correcte registratie van alle info, onze CRM moet up to date zijn.
• Samen met je collega’s zoek je manieren om processen en procedures te verbeteren.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol moet je

• Een bachelorsdiploma hebben behaald of gelijkwaardige ervaring hebben.
• Affiniteit hebt met de bouwsector.
• Kennis hebben van ERP-systemen (AX / Dynamics D365), kennis van tekensoftware wordt als een pré beschouwd.
• Expertise hebben in het werken met de verschillende applicaties van Microsoft Office
• Gedrevenheid en klantgerichtheid zitten in jouw DNA, de behoefte van de klant staat bij jou voorop, maar je verliest de belangen van Leviat niet uit het oog.
• Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheersen op professioneel niveau
• Oplossingen zien en het team op de eerste plaats zetten
