We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as Administrative Assistant, Credit Department in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.


Job Description Summary

Provides administrative support and assistance to Credit and Collection department.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for Credit Department
  • Maintain electronic credit files
  • Interact with potential customers and sales reps regarding credit applications
  • Provide additional support as assigned by Credit and Collections Manager
  • Track NTOs and generate lien releases
  • Perform reconciliations as needed


 Minimum Requirements

  • One to two years experience -- or equivalent
  • Positive attitude
  • Computer knowledge, specifically Excel and Word for Windows required
  • Organizational and excellent communication skills needed
  • Must be able to work with all types of people and maintain a consistently pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to type accurately and to self-check work is essential
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong aptitude with numbers
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
