Position Overview
The JBP Pricing Coordinator is responsible for executing the billing and pricing operations for the JBP Ready Mix Division.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

Support Shared Services West Division billing process.

Must perform customer service, research and correct any inaccurate invoicing.

Communication between customers, sales clerks and dispatch centers to verify invoice information.

Process correction to billed customer invoices in Point of Sales System, with appropriate approvals.

Communicate with Accounts Receivable department when corrections are made to billed customer invoices.

Oversee Customer/Project Pricing to ensure customers are being billed correctly.

Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly dead lines

Education/Experience

High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is required.

Minimum 2 years previous related experience/training in the field is required.
Work Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Database is necessary.

Understanding of SQL Queries and database functions work preferred.

Ability to work independently without supervision.
