Job Role:

The successful engineer will serve as the primary technical support for Leviat Reinforcement products, assisting both
customers and the sales team. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the
threading machinery provided to clients.

Objective:

The reinforcement business is growing over 60% year-on-year, with a rising number of customers and
machines in the region. To sustain this growth and ensure timely service, it is essential to establish a dedicated first-line
engineering support role locally. The successful enginerr will manage customer machines, handle standard technical
queries, and streamline requests requiring advanced engineering input—ultimately improving response times
and operational efficiencies.

Role & Responsibilities:
 Provide timely technical support for Leviat Reinforcement products to customers.
 Manage and maintain threading machinery installed at customer sites.
 Filter and resolve standard engineering requests, escalating only complex cases to central
engineering teams.
 Support QA/QC documents and product-related inquiries to ensure fast turnaround.
 Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer
satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

 Civil / Mechanical Engineer with 2 years experience working in the UAE
 Good knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals.

Contract Details:
 Contract type – temporary
 Contract period – 12 months (to be extended by mutual consent)
 Estimated additional monthly expenses (fuel, phone etc.) – AED 1,500
