This position is responsible for supporting the Construction & Asphalt lines of business. They will maintain a clear line of communication and assist with tasks assigned to them.

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily Job Cost timely and accurately for profit and loss statements
Prepare and Distribute Reports as needed
Broker Pay, Equipment Utilization, AP/AR processing
Assist with Setting Up Projects in the Accounting System
Willingness to cross-train in various roles within the organization
Ensure compliance with all standard accounting policies and procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Attention to Detail is Essential
Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative or office role handling AP/AR, contracts, insurance and customer relations a plus.
Must be able to prioritize activities and manage time effectively.
Must be able to effectively communicate with various administrative and operational functions within the organization
Must be flexible and have the ability to work overtime & weekends as needed during the active season.
Microsoft Office and Viewpoint experience a plus
