Role Overview

In this role at Leviat, you will play a key part in executing day-to-day marketing activities with a strong focus on production. Your primary responsibilities include creating and delivering marketing materials—such as brochures, digital content, and presentations—that support the company’s strategy and sales efforts. Rather than working at a strategic level, this role is centered around hands-on tasks like content creation, graphic design, and campaign execution. You will help ensure consistent and engaging communication with customers and stakeholders, including architects and structural engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
  • Design and produce catalogues, brochures, and other printed materials using Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite tools
  • Create and optimize digital campaigns, newsletters, and social media content
  • Design labels and packaging
  • Manage web development, digital advertising, and SEO
  • Produce graphic materials for web, print, and events
  • Write and translate content for internal and external use
  • Support product management with master data and environmental documentation
  • Contribute to GDPR strategy and ensure compliance
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Adhere to Leviat / CRH SHE/HMS regulations and CRH’s Code of Business Conduct

Profile & Qualifications

You are a proactive, creative, and well-organized individual who thrives both independently and in collaboration with others. You take ownership of your work, drive tasks forward, and remain flexible to support colleagues when needed.

You bring:

  • Education in communication and/or marketing
  • A few years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Canva, Adobe CC)
  • Experience creating content in various formats—text, visuals, and layout
  • Familiarity with graphic design and web publishing tools
  • Ability to manage projects and balance strategic and hands-on tasks
  • Strong skills in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • General IT competence; technical interest is a plus
  • Fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English (other Nordic languages are a merit)
