Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d)
 

Ihr Profil

• Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer fachbezogenen Weiterbildung

und / oder einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit wirtschaftlich/technischer Ausrichtung.

• Erfahrung im industriellen (indirekten) Einkauf von Verbrauchs- und Investitionsgütern sowie Dienstleistungen
• Erfahrung im Category Management
• Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement und -recht
• Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungsgeschick gepaart mit guten Networking- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2-C1)
• Erfahrung mit SAP, MS-Office, Ariba und Web Katalogen (Mercateo/Coupa)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Selbstständige Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategien lokal und international für die zugordneten Warengruppen – u.a. Energie, Dienstleistungen, HiBe-Stoffe, Investitionsgüter
• Local Point of Contact der Leviat-Gruppe für den indirekten Einkauf
• Initiieren von konzernübergreifenden Einkaufinitiativen und Ausschreibungen
• Eigenverantwortliches Ausarbeiten und Verhandeln von übergreifenden Verträgen (z.B. Rahmen-, Dienstleistungs-, Investitionsgüterverträge)
• Führen von Jahresgesprächen mit den Lieferanten
• Marktbeobachtung, Lieferantenauswahl und Lieferantenmanagement
• Neustrukturierung und laufende Optimierung der Einkaufprozesse
• Begleitung der Einführung von SAP S4 Hana inkl. des Punch-Out Web Katalogs
• Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Möglichkeiten der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und individuelle, kreative Ideen umzusetzen
