About the Position:

 

The (PGS) Key Account Coordinator is a crucial role to help maintaining relationships with CRL’s Key Accounts. You are the support of CRL’s most important clients, acting as a liaison between the clients and the business. You will be responsible for providing quotes to Key Account customer and converting quotes to orders using the knowledge of CRL’s Business Sales Development and Products. You’re expected to cultivate to your assigned Key Accounts, providing support to meet all customer’s Service Level Agreement expectations. This position must understand all CRL products, as well as CRL quote programs/configurators. Furthermore, you will be overseeing the relationships of CRL with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Work with the Key Account Manager to develop and expand the relationships with the Key Accounts Clients.
  • Experience in Shower Hardware and CRL’s SOL program required.
  • Resolving Key Account Clients issues and concerns.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of Key Account Clients needs and requirements.
  • Personalized experiences for Key Account by understanding their team, products, goals, competitor, market.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  • Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
  • Working with other departments to maximize profit and brings the highest service quality.
  • Stay current on company products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in ERP consistently.
  • Maintain a manageable workload to not exceed 24-hour backlog on emails and returning voicemails.
  • Demonstrate a closing Ratio greater than 20% on all quotes above $25,000.
  • Ability to read and understand of bid requests through specifications/drawings ensuring quote is technically compatible and competitive
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products offered to Key Account Clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client needs and factors that contribute to client satisfaction
  • Regular and predictable attendance safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
  • Communicate and identify customer expectations to determine expected delivery date and time
  • Assist Key Account Manager with expediting orders and communications with the production floor.
  • Serve as an ambassador (customer advocate) between Key Accounts and CRL
  • Provide expert technical support and solutions
  • Create sense of urgency to lead our customer to release quotes to order in a timely manner for CRL to meet the projects critical path.
  • Represent CRL with pride and provide customers with exceptional experiences every customer every time.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

 

To be considered for the Key Account Coordinator position in the Product Group Department, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years previous customer service experience or equivalent
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to take ownership and go above and beyond to service customer needs
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and stay current with all inquiries and follow up tasks
  • Strong organizational and listening skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines
  • Utilizes strong time management and organizational skills to successfully multi-task
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and conduct themselves professionally, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Decision making ability – able to action
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Spanish speaking, a plus
  • Knowledge of general pricing and margins applied and negotiating skills
  • General understanding of glass systems
  • Effective navigation of CRL’s web site and business software to retrieve product and business transaction information
  • Must have excellent customer service skills; Ability to exercise tact and discretion, and good self-expression
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and independent thinking skills to anticipate and resolve issues

Ability to read interpret, drawings, and Specifications.
