ATTENTION CDL DRIVERS!!!!

Are you sick of your mundane routine? Are you seeking variety and challenge in your day to day?

If the answer is yes, look no further! TilconCT is seeking additional drivers to meet our growing demand. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive, “can do,” attitude. If you do not have experience driving a Mixer truck, do not fret! We will train you.

Drive in comfort in our newer mixer trucks that have automatic transmission and air conditioning. This role will be dynamic as you will have busy, fast paced days on production day (7-8 loads) but you will also have moderately paced days when you do residential work.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Thorough operational knowledge of mixer truck and related equipment to be operated.

• Valid State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner with customers and represent Tilcon.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the radio system and use the truck tracking system correctly.
• Keep time and materials records.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical.
