Summary: 

 

The HR (Talent Acquisition) Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team and Talent Management function, overall. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless and organized recruitment process, from job posting to offer, as well as maintaining relevant records to provide reporting and data analysis.

 

 What you’ll be contributing: 

 

  • Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines. 
  • Creates and posts job vacancies on various job boards and the company's careers page
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates when necessary
  • Collects and distributes interview feedback
  • Manages and maintains data in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Supports Recruiting Specialists, HR Managers, and hiring managers with ATS navigation and data entry
  • Executes reference checks for selected candidates and maintains records of completed checks
  • Prepares offer letters
  • Generates recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress of job openings and candidate pipelines
  • Assists in tracking and reporting for Global Mobility employees
  • Supports administration of intern program and Cement Development Program (CDP)
  • Back up for the Corporate HR Coordinator
  • Ensures compliance with recruitment/ employment laws and regulations by maintaining awareness of current HR laws, trends, and practices
  • Identifies and contributes to improving the recruitment process by staying up-to-date on best practices and trends
  • Maintains confidentiality of HR information and records.
  • Maintains a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

To succeed in this position, you will need:

 

  • Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc 
  • Minimum 4 Year - Bachelor's Degree in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Human Resources, administration, or related experience.
  • Proficient in effective written English, verbal communication, and listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 Suite and computer applications
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools preferred
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective at managing time and multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to be friendly and service-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion
  • Flexible to varying tasks depending on the organization’s needs and structure
  • Knowledge of Human Resources functions a plus
  • Travel Amount up to 10%
