Job Summary

The logistics coordinator will work with the field operations team to ensure timely deployment of critical safety equipment to job sites. This position will report to the Area Fleet and Maintenance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately track and account for excavation barricades and fall protection tie off anchors

• Ensure timely deployment of safety barricades and tie off anchors to job sites

• Ensure prompt retrieval of safety barricades and tie off anchors upon completion of job

• Direct two to three equipment operators, using boom transport trucks on day-to-day operations of deployment and retrieval of safety equipment

• Work closely with the field operations team to coordinate any additional safety equipment needed

• Coordinate delivery of fuel to job sites

• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of two years’ experience directly responsible for employee production

• Experience in logistics and transportation of materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Safety first oriented

• Ability to communicate effectively to team members

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
