Primary Function


Responsibility for administrative and reception functions supporting the Corporate Recruitment Team and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) under the guidance of the Staffing Administrative Manager. 

 

  • Create and ship all new hire offer packets, ensuring accuracy of documents including offer letter
  • Utilize the electronic onboarding process for new hires as appropriate
  • Work closely with product various companies under the CRH umbrella to update offer letter packets with appropriate state/federal forms
  • Input and monitor progress of new hire screenings such as drug testing and background checks, keeping all appropriate individuals apprised of progress/results and expected completion
  • Provide support, as needed, to the Staffing Administrative Manager for corporate projects, initiatives and event support
  • Conduct weekly job posting audits to ensure all postings are consistent
  • Post jobs to the appropriate college websites in an effort to provide the best candidate flow while maintaining compliance with federal requirements
  • Participate in staffing project teams and provide project management support as needed
  • Manage the archiving of candidate onboarding folders
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Order office supplies, equipment, and business cards
  • Assist the department in the coordination and set up of meetings and events
  • Ensure that office is clean and organized, including supply closet, conference rooms and kitchen area
  • Order food and coordinate lunch meetings
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and other documents in Word & Excel
  • Update job posting information for various product groups as needed
  • Greet visitors at the reception area and direct appropriately 
  • Backup to Recruiting Support Coordinators to post jobs in Applicant Tracking System as needed
  • Process travel invoices for the recruiting team
  • Work with vendors on any escalated issues
  • Participate in HR welcome calls
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience

 

  • BS Degree in Business, HR or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience with recruitment support is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products preferred
  • Experience posting to job boards and utilizing an ATS is preferred
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred
  • Valid driver license required
