PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Senior Customer Service Executive is responsible for overall customer satisfaction by supporting the Sales Team to ensure customer' needs and concerns is efficiently and effectively managed i.e., to turn unhappy customers into return guests. Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business process improvement solutions & service quality processes to enhance customer service operations.
- Responsible for Key Accounts and Export Sales
- Processing Customers Order accurately and timely i.e. generating Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order & Invoice, communicating with team member in the supply chain ensuring stock availability and ability to meet customer delivery schedule;
- Up selling - actively promote associate products when responding to customers enquiry, possess a level of creativity when it comes to up selling;
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements;
- Communicate both with internal and external customers i.e. updating customer on delivery schedule;
- Support the Sales Team to ensure that customers are well assisted, and all enquiries are responded in timely manner;
- Handling all customer complaints and addressing the same instantly;
- Analyse customers' feedback to understand areas for improvement and present the findings to Commercial Director and Marketing Head.
- Customer Database Management registering new customer, update customer information;
- Manage the CRM system, maintain data integrity, identify sales potential and present to superior. Maintain housekeeping of CRM system;

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Must posses at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experiences.
- Possess a high level of integrity, ethics and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people in a professional manner.
- Good and effective communication skills, able to read, write and converse in English fluently.
- The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking.
- Competent with Accounting ERP System.
