The Customer Account Manager is an active member of the team and will ensure an excellent customer experience by developing long-term relationships to satisfy customer needs related to MoistureShield products.  Resources provided to customer include logistics services, claims support, order entry/confirmation all while leveraging the relationship to drive additional business. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Serve as point of contact for customers, develop strong relationships with key contacts while ensuring customer needs are satisfied on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist customers through all means of communication ensuring timely shipment/delivery of product including sales order receipt, entry and shipment verification.
  • Serve on team managing freight and product claims.
  • Continuously developing knowledge of enterprise operations and products to service customers and manage product claims. 
  • Develop and report key metrics/KPI’s on daily, monthly and annual basis.
  • Working to always drive new business including supporting sales group on communication of new products, current product offerings, selling customer on freight procurement.




  • Bachelor’s degree or five plus years of proven account management experience.
  • Product claims knowledge or Logistics experience. 
  • Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. 
  • Willingness and ability to develop internal and external customer relationships.
