Great opportunity to work with one of the leading suppliers of building products in North America!

We are hiring for a Receptionist to join us at our front office. Position is held during the daytime hours, typically 8am-5pm, on Monday – Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Screen phone calls and answer questions from customers and vendors
• Receive and direct visitors
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Dispatch outbound mail and overnight packages
• Process outgoing packages through parcel services
• Prepare electronic customer orders
• Assist with scanning documents for the accounting department
• Operate a range of office equipment
• Additional administrative tasks may be assigned

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to maintain sensitivity to confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
