Nature & Scope: Work within the SST team in a leadership role in the strategic sales process.  Participate in lead sourcing & development, sales strategy, estimating, design assist process, transition communications with project management.


Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties:
•    Work within the SST team developing sales strategies on key projects. 
•    Be current on status of all SST projects to provide seamless communication and workflow.
•    Review and create budget and final takeoffs as required on SST project.
•    Perform specification reviews and write specifications.
•    Estimate SST projects in V6 or new V6 system, or oversee strategic estimating, including V6 configuring.
•    Participate in site visits and de-scope meetings as required.
•    Write scope letters to accompany bids on SST projects.
•    Create or coordinate proposal drawing development to ensure strategic advantages are gained.
•    Work with Sales management and field sales reps in selection and filtering potential SST projects.
•    Coordinate project specific proposal drawings, review anchorage, sealant notes, and installation methods.
•    Perform special projects and other duties as required and assigned.
•    Coordinate with both outside and inside engineers, calling on our resources for support as needed.
•    Coordinate with field sales reps to provide a comprehensive project sales strategy.

Four year degree (BA/BS) or significant experience in windows
Five (5) years’ experience estimating and strategic pricing of windows
Knowledge of GAP systems and competition.
AutoCAD experience  
Ability to manage travel requirements.
